Babet Delivery Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Babet Delivery handles information across our three applications: Babet User, Babet Driver, and Babet Vendor. Our goal is to provide a seamless delivery experience while collecting the minimum amount of data necessary.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect your name, phone number, and email address during registration to identify your account and allow you to log in securely.

Delivery & Pickup Addresses (Static Location)

We do not perform real-time GPS tracking of any users or drivers. We only collect address information as follows:

  • Babet User: We collect the delivery address you provide (manually entered or selected via a one-time map pin) to show drivers where to deliver your order.
  • Babet Vendor: We collect the store address to show drivers where to pick up orders.
  • Babet Driver: We do not collect or track the driver's location. Drivers simply receive the static pickup and delivery addresses associated with an order.

Push Notifications

We collect device notification tokens to send essential operational alerts, such as notifying a Vendor of a new order or a Driver that they have an order to pick up, we do not send any notifications to end users on the Babet Delivery application.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Order Fulfillment: Connecting the right order to the right vendor and driver.
  • Communication: Allowing parties to contact each other via phone regarding a specific active order.
  • Account Security: Ensuring only you can access your account.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only between the parties involved in a specific transaction:

  • The Driver sees the User's delivery address and the Vendor's pickup address.
  • The Vendor sees the order details.
  • The User sees the status of their order.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and order history as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

  • You can request deletion within the Settings menu of the Babet Delivery application.
  • You may also email support@babet-delivery.com to request full data removal. Data is typically deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
